This website is operated by Professional Beauty Care ("PBC", "we", "us"), a professional membership organisation for the beauty industry operating in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at admin@professionalbeautycare.ca.
3. What this website is for
This site describes who we are and what a Professional Beauty Care membership is intended to include. It is provided for general information. It is not professional, financial, insurance, medical or legal advice, and you should not rely on it as though it were.
4. Benefits and insurance information
Descriptions of benefits, coverage and insurance on this site are summaries of what a membership is designed to include. They are not an offer of insurance, not a contract, and not a guarantee of coverage.
Eligibility, coverage, exclusions, limits and cost are set out in the official plan documentation and in the policies issued by the relevant insurer or provider. Where anything on this website differs from that documentation, the documentation governs. Coverage and availability may change.
5. Academy programming
Academy sessions, topics and schedules described on this site are indicative and may change. Programming evolves with the industry, and nothing here guarantees that a particular session, subject or presenter will be offered.
6. Using the site properly
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose;
- submit false information, or someone else's personal information without their permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or to any system behind it;
- interfere with the site's operation or availability, including by automated submission of the contact form;
- copy, scrape or republish the site's content other than as permitted below.
7. Our content
The text, layout, design and photography on this site are owned by Professional Beauty Care or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or redistribution requires our written permission.
Product names, logos and brands belonging to other organisations remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Messages you send us
When you send us a message through the contact form, you confirm the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy. Sending us a message does not create a membership, an application, or any obligation on our part to respond.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
