More than 25 years in the professional beauty industry as an educator, entrepreneur, speaker and advocate. Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Efe Magazine, creator of the VZN Awards and of Efe Universal, an award-winning inclusive beauty education platform. At PBC she leads education, member engagement, partnerships and community programming.
